Ingredients :

2 packets of Indomie Mi Goreng

1 egg (cracked)

Cooking Oil

Choice of dip (mayo, sweet and sour or ketchup)

Indomie Mie Chips

Cooking Instructions :

  1. Cook Indomie Mi Goreng according to packet instructions
  2. Mix the beaten egg with the noodles and make sure all the noodles are well coated
  3. Pour the noodles on an 8 x 8 aluminum foils, flatten and shape it into a tight, even layer
  4. Wrap it light with the foil and freeze for 40 minutes to an hour
  5. When it’s semi-frozen, take it out and cut into fry shapes
  6. Deep fry until golden in colour
  7. Serve with your favourite dip or sauce
